STEPtember is an exciting 28-day challenge, promoting health and wellness! Participants form teams of up to four people and are challenged to take 10,000 steps a day.

With our mental and physical well-being taking center stage, it's a great time to focus on our health and challenge ourselves. Daily exercise can reduce stress, boost your immune system, and increase productivity. STEPtember is a way for us to Move Together for cerebral palsy research while supporting UCP-OC's life-changing programs.

Every ability is welcome and encouraged to take part of our team, with 40+ activities that convert to steps. This movement is bigger than us and depends on us!

How It Works:
  • Form a team of up to 4 individuals (including adults and children).

  • Contact Breanna Fernandez at bfernandez@ucpoc.org to get the registration link and UCP-OC promo code.

  • Wear your pedometer, as you walk or do other activities like yoga or swimming.

  • Log in your daily activity online or through the STEPtember App.

  • Raise valuable funds for UCP-OC and cerebral palsy research!
