The earlier a delay or disability is identified, the greater the potential for long-term improvement. Infants and toddlers (aged birth to 3) who have a diagnosed developmental disability or are at risk for developing a delay receive services that promote optimal development and prevent additional delays from occurring. We support families in stimulating their child’s natural cu

riosity and guiding his/her development. UCP helps children reach their full potential by providing individualized services in the child's home environment.
